What is included in a Capsule
What is included in a Capsule
Your Capsule includes ready-to-wear outfit combinations selected for your travel duration, season, and activities. You will bring your essentials such as underwear, socks, and base thermal wear. Shoes and accessories are not included in the Capsule.
Are the clothes clean and hygienic?

Every piece is professionally cleaned by our Japanese laundry partner between guests before it's packed for you. You will receive freshly cleaned, inspected clothes held to the same standard we would want for ourselves.
What if my trip dates change?

DM us your change of dates as soon as possible and we will see what we can do for you. If the Capsule has already left our warehouse, depending on the situation you may be subjected to additional rental costs or abortive costs.

We partner with Yamato Logistics for punctual delivery across all hotels and international airports in Japan, hence there is a SGD25 delivery fee on top of the rental price.
As an act of deterrance, we collected a security deposit of SGD50, which is fully refunded once the clothes returns to our warehouse intact.
