What is included in a Capsule
What is included in a Capsule
Your capsule includes ready-to-wears selected for your travel duration, season, and activities. You will bring your essentials such as underwear, socks, and base thermal wear. Shoes and accessories are not included in the capsule.

Every piece is professionally cleaned by our Japanese laundry partner between guests before it's packed for you. You will receive freshly cleaned, inspected clothes held to the same standard we would want for ourselves.

DM us your change of dates as soon as possible and we will see what we can do for you. If the Capsule has already left our warehouse, you may need to cover extra shipping or incur a cancellation fee".
Any other costs I should know?

We partner with Yamato Logistics for punctual delivery across all hotels and international airports in Japan, hence there is a SGD25 delivery fee on top of the rental price.
We ask for a SGD50 deposit to cover loss or damage, which it shall be refunded once everything's back with us.
